Powers Viognier, Washington 

Pair with the Market Salad.

The crisp melon of the Viognier compliments this rich and savory salad.  There is a sweetness to this wine that is both refreshing and inviting.  It is well structured and goes beautifully with the smoke and char of the lettuce.

Perlada Rose Cava, SPAIN

Pair with the Fritto Misto or Fish Fry. 

Bubbles always pair well with anything fried!

Tasting Notes: Complex fruity taste and pale cherry.

Au Bon Climat Chardonnay, Santa barbara, ca

Pair with the Garlic Shrimp.

This wine goes through a second fermentation called "malolactic fermentation" that causes it to have a supple, buttery mouth feel.  The French Oak adds to the layered flavors but has just enough acid to balance out the dish.

Tasting Notes: crisp green apples and a hint of pear. Aged in French Oak with medium finish.

 LaGone Super Tuscan, Italy

Pair with the Lasagna. 

Italian wine is meant to be had with food.  This is a big, bold structured wine that has a complexity and a richness that can stand up to a really rich dish like our lasagna.  Tomatoes, sausage and ricotta are all very powerful and rich ingredients, it takes a big wine with a lot of structure to stand up to those flavor components.

Tasting notes: Plum, cedar, minerality, firm tannins, complex structure finish with black licorice.

 Bila Haut Rose

 Pair with the Strawberry Shortcake.

Light, crisp with a refreshing wild strawberry finish that dances on the palette.
